Sorry about the neglect of the blog... we have all been sick with a mean cold around here. Last Tuesday (after not sleeping at all) Lydia woke up with a runny nose, cough and sore throat. We kept her in her nursery most of the day with our humidifier that can administer Vick's. On Thursday I called our doctor just to give the symptoms and make sure we were doing everything right. They said it just sounded like a cold... and they must have been right because David and I woke up on Sunday feeling pretty awful.
Lydia is starting to feel a little better I think. She still has symptoms, but has been sleeping a bit more consistently and seems to have more energy. She hasn't really eaten solid food for a week because her throat is so sore, but I have been letting her nurse on demand, so all of her rolls are still intact :)
Anyway, we are all feeling very tired - and obviously I am already more busy with teaching. But here are some pictures of our girl who is still so darn cute even when she's sick!
